Meet the coaches

We’re a team of passionate fitness enthusiasts that will help you hit your fitness goals and stay motivated! All coaches are active members, CrossFit Certified, and go through a rigorous internship process.

Programs

CrossFIT

Our CrossFit classes are one hour in length and consist of warm up, movement instruction and review, workout, and cool down. All of our workouts are scaleable to any fitness level and are conducted by the most experienced CrossFit coaches in the region. Whether you’re training for the sport of fitness or simply trying to lose some fat and gain muscle and strength, you’ll have the option to choose between our daily “Sport” and “Grind” workout options.

Foundations

The Iron District Foundations course is a series of 4 small group classes conducted Monday through Thursday evenings. Foundations is designed to teach you the mechanics of the movements to ensure your safety and give you the opportunity to acclimate to the intensity of the workouts. It also allows our coaches to evaluate your mobility, educate you on nutrition and discuss your fitness goals. New courses begin every two weeks. Contact us for course start dates and times. If you need alternative class times, contact us for private foundations courses or our online version!

Open Gym

Just want to follow your own programming and simply need a space to train?  If you’re an olympic weightlifter, power lifter or CrossFit competitor, this is right up your alley.

Our Facility

Our climate-controlled facility allows us to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round to optimize your training experience. On cooler days, you can expect the garage doors to be open allowing fresh air to circulate throughout the facility.

Equipped with top-of-the-line CrossFit equipment, you’ll have everything you need to maximize your progress. You’ll find yourself energized by the natural light and state of the art sound system in our spacious and well-lit gym, allowing you to focus on your fitness goals with renewed energy. Cleanliness and safety are paramount to us, and we maintain the highest standards in both.
