2017 CrossFit Open WODS – 17.4 and 17.5
17.4: March 16 – 20
Men – Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
- 55 – deadlifts, 225 lb.
- 55 – wall-ball shots, 20 lb. ball to 10 ft. target
- 55-calorie – row
- 55 – handstand push-ups
Women – Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
- 55 – deadlifts, 155 lb.
- 55 – wall-ball shots, 14 lb. ball to 9 ft. target
- 55-calorie – row
- 55 – handstand push-ups
17.5: March 23 – 27
Men – 10 rounds for time of:
- 9 – thrusters, 95 lb.
- 35 – double-unders
Women – 10 rounds for time of:
- 9 – thrusters, 65 lb.
- 35 – double-unders
If you score high enough during the CrossFit Open, you’ll qualify for the Regional Round. This will be held from May 19 through June 4th. Make it past the regional round and you’ll be heading to the CrossFit Games. The Games will be held on August 3, 4, 5 and 6. Want to learn more about the Open and why you should take part?
