In our previous blog, we talked about regular crunches working well, even though they’re old-fashioned. For a quick update of this age-old workout, try reverse crunches! Reverse crunches are a great way to gain abs, as well. Lie on your back and form an L shape with your legs. Point your thighs to the ceiling by lifting your legs up and tilting your hips. Bring your legs down without touching the floor with your feet. Stop an inch or two above the floor. Keep good form and bring your knees to your chest. Essentially, you can go knees to chest and feet to floor as one rep. Just be sure to keep your feet off the floor! Do this 10 to 20 times.
