Time Yourself

  • 1 mile run
  • 1 mile run
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 200 push-ups
  • 300 squats

Three Rounds of Each

  • 50 back extensions
  • 50 sit-ups
  • Run 800 meters

Three Rounds for One Minute

  • Box jumps
  • Push press
  • Row
  • Sumo deadlift high pulls
  • Wallballs

Rest for one minute in between each round.

50 Each

  • Box jumps
  • Jumping pull-ups
  • Kettle bell swings
  • Walking lunges
  • Knees to elbows
  • Push press
  • Back extensions
  • Wall balls
  • Burpees
  • Double unders

Wallball

  • 150 wallballs and then 5 burpees every minute, each minute
  • 400 meter run
