For some extra cardio power he does sprint-interval runs on a treadmill.

Channing Tatum

Mr. Tatum, who was once voted the “Sexiest Man Alive” according to People magazine, has been ripped since popping up on Hollywood’s radar. Tatum was quoted in a recent interview saying that he likes to stay lean, and that if he gets too bulky he cannot move around as well. He explained that when he’s not training, his body gets round and soft.

Jason Statham
