Congratulations to our newlywed, Alison Mckillip (Scott)! Although her name has changed, she is still a phenomenal volleyball player. Yes Alison, “you go” (Invoke Volleyball Team inside joke).

THURSDAY OPEN GYM 07/23/15

Thursday Open Gym should be utilized to do the following:

Rest or Run/Row/Bike 20-30 min at a recovery pace
Mobilize
Make up a WOD missed earlier in the week
Retest a benchmark
Accessory work
Practicing technical weaknesses (gymnastics, olympic weightlifting)
Sled work
