  • Try doing one minute rounds of 15 push-ups, 10 pull-ups, 10 sit-ups, and 20 lunges. Make sure to get each set done in one minute. Then, repeat the entire workout five times.
  • Start with 20 sit-ups, move on to 20 air squats, 20 mountain climbers, and then 20 lunges. Do 10 rounds of this overall workout.
  • If you have a pull-up bar, do 100 pull-ups, then 300 air squats, 200 push-ups, followed by a one mile run. Break this up any way you’d like. Just make sure you do all of the pull-ups, air squats, and push-ups.
  • Set a timer for seven minutes and then do as many rounds as you can that include 10 push-ups, 10 mountain climbers and 10 lunges.
  • Set a timer for 16 minutes and do as many rounds as possible that include 16 sit-ups or hanging knee tucks, 16 pull-ups, eight push-ups, and eight burpees.
  • Do 21 jumping air squats, nine burpee pull-ups, and 15 push-ups as many times you can in a 20 minute session.
