B. With a partner, conga line style, complete 5 sets of:
12/8 calorie bike
8 hang power cleans + 6 jerks
EXAMPLE:
Partner A- bike 12/8 cal
Partner B- bike 12/8 cal
Partner A- 8 hpc + 6 jerks
Partner B- 8 hpc + 6 jerks
