A. Back Squat (3 sets at 95% x 1, 85% x 3)
increase weight each set if possible. rest 2 minutes between sets of 95% abd 85%

B. 4 rounds (16 minutes)

In 2 minutes, complete:

:45 bike
:30 rest
:45 slam balls

rest 2 minutes
