A. Back Squat (6 x 3 @ 80%)

B. EMOM x 12 minutes

min 1- 8-10 shoulder to overhead
min 2- 6-8 weighted box jumps, holding dumbbells
min 3- :30-:40 plank hold or front leaning rest on rings
choose a challenging weight for 8-10 reps
