A. Suitcase Deadlift 3 x 10 (each side)
B. EMOM x 14 minutes
even- Goblet squat x 10 reps
odd- AMRAP shuttle run x : 40 seconds
shuttle run- switch directions every 35 ft. (length of platforms). Must touch floor at each end. Every 35 ft. = 1 rep
SPORT:
A. Snatch Grip Deadlift (Build to a heavy set of 5)
B. EMOM x 14 minutes
even- double-under x :30
odd- power clean x 5 reps @ 70%
