You may complete as follows:

5 right arm snatches + 5 right arm lunges
5 left arm snatches + 5 left arm lunges

SPORT:

A. 3 Position Snatch (18 minutes to find a heavy complex)
High Hang, Hang, Floor

B. With a partner, alternating full rounds, complete 5 rounds each of:

8 devils press
8 oh lunge, ea.leg
16/10 calorie row
You may complete as follows:
