SPORT:

In teams of 3, only one person working at a time, complete:

AMRAP x 28 minutes

60 burpees over the dumbbell
30/22 calorie bike
60 single arm db hang clean
30/22 calorie bike
60 single arm db shoulder to overhead

GRIND:

with a partner, only one person working at a time, complete:

AMRAP x 24 minutes

20 burpees over partner
40 russian kb swings
20 partner med ball sit-ups
run 400 m with med ball ( 4 x 100 relay)
run = 40 reps

burpees over partner- partner A holds plank while partner B completes burpees and jumps over partner A’s legs.
