16 FR lunge, total (95#/65#)

GRIND:

A1. Good Mornings (3 x 10)
barbell good morning

A2. DB Leg Curls (3 x 8)
face down on bench with db between feet.

B. AMRAP x 10 minutes

10 lateral DB hops
10 single arm db shoulder to overhead, total
10 db box step over
10 single arm db snatch
box step over- hold one dumbbell suitcase style

use a separate db for shoulder to overhead if needed.
