B. EMOM x 15 minutes
minute 1- 6 power cleans
minute 2- :30 double-unders
minute 3- 1-2 rope climbs
power cleans- 70-75% 1RM
GRIND:
A. Romanian Deadlift (RDL) (5 x 5 @ 3011)
Deadlift with very little bend in the knees. Focus on pushing hips back and keeping the bar as close to the body as possible throughout the lift.
B. EMOM X 15 minutes
minute 1- :30 slam balls
minute 2- :30 lateral db hops
minute 3- :30 floor pulls
