5RM 9RPE, then -10% for 2×3
B. AMRAP x 10 minutes
5 Bar Muscle Up
10 Box Jump
20 DB Snatch
GRIND:
A. DUAL KB DEADLIFT (4 x 10)
DEADLIFT + CARRY
complete 10 deadlifts, then carry one kettlebell the length of the gym and back, then switch arms and repeat.
B. 4 sets each
:30 work
:30 rest
– KB or DB Box step ups, 20″
-sled push
-slam balls or D ball shoulders
stagger stations for equipment and space
complete all 4 sets at each station before transitioning
