A. Box Step Up 4 x 6 (each leg)
Use a db or kb for added difficulty or increase box height by stacking a plate on top. Do not press off of the foot that is on the floor.
B. Dumbbell Cuban press (4 x 8)
C.EMOM x 15 minutes
minute 1- 15 kettlebell swing
minute 2- 15 wall ball shots
minute 3- :30 of double-unders
