A2. Back Squat (1 x max reps)

1 set for max reps at today’s heaviest set of 5 tempo squats. Stop when form begins to break down and you are slow out of the bottom.

20 burpees
20 kb/db lunges (10 each leg)
20 kb/db push press (10 each arm)
