Push Yourself

Start by pushing yourself. We know that you give it 100% when you’re at the box training. But why not shoot for 200%? When you think you cannot do one more set without puking, embrace it and just try. You might be surprised by how much more you can do.

Reduce Rest Times

You can intensify your workouts by resting less between each set and movement. If the WOD says rest for two minutes, only rest for one. Maybe even try cutting out 75% of the rest time and see how it goes. This tip goes along with pushing yourself. Resting a lot less is definitely accomplishing that.

That One WOD

Everybody has a favorite workout of the day. So take yours and constantly work on improving your time. Practice that same WOD over and over until you smash your time goals. By pushing yourself, reducing your rest times, and focusing in on this one WOD, you’ll be really intensifying your workouts!
