When choosing to eat keto, you’ll be giving up things like potatoes, starchy vegetables, and most fruits that contain a large amount of sugar.

The keto diet is a bit more restrictive because it is more low-carb then Paleo. It’s important to keep your carb intake to 10% or less each day. To do this you must limit fruits and vegetables. There are more carbs in some fruits and vegetables than you may think. Most people who do a keto diet eat 20 to 30 g of carbs each day. This helps them stay in ketosis.
