Many athletes believe this tape works well to help get the blood flowing, relieve pain, and alleviate soreness in recent or old injuries. They claim that they’re able to get back out there and compete without being held back by their injuries or pain.

The key to making sure kinesiology tape works is in the way that it is applied. There are several ways to adhere the tape so that it can work well to alleviate pain, reduce swelling, and help with muscle function.
