20 dumbbell lunges, total (alt.)
15 db push press
15 ring rows

carry 1 dumbbell in each hand, suitcase style

SPORT:

AMRAP x 15 minutes

100 m kb farmer’s carry
20 hspu
20 pistols
20 pull-ups

carry 1 kb in each hand, suitcase style.
