MONDAY CROSSFIT 05/21/18
A. May Push-up Challenge 3 sets @ 50% (+1), then AMRAP
B. Take 9 minutes to build to 70-80% 1RM clean, then:
E3MOM x 21 minutes (7 sets)
Clean + 3 front squats + 10 burpees over the bar
Use 70-80% 1RM clean
clean should be squat clean
If you aren’t yet proficient enough in the clean to make the front squat challenging you may complete one clean and then front squat from the rack or simply complete 4 challenging front squats followed by 10 burpees.
