A. Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes, complete
station 1- banded pull through x 15 reps
station 2- DB floor press x 10-12 reps
station 3- ffe split squat x 8-10 each leg
FFE SPLIT SQUAT-
Split Squat with front foot elevated
load with dumbbells or a barbell racked on your back
use 1-2 45# plates
B. 5 sets (15 minutes)
