squat with kettlebell in front rack, generally only held on one side.
B. AMRAP x 10 minutes
OH lunge, 45#/25# plate x 20 reps
single arm db snatch x 20 reps
lateral db hops x 20 reps
SPORT: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP x 10 minutes
SPORT:
A. Front Squat (3 x 80%, 4 x 85%, 2 x 2 @ 90%, 95% x 1)
set 1- 80% x 3 reps
set 2- 85% x 4 reps
set 3,4- 90% x 2 reps
set 5- 95% x 1 rep
