kb windmills x 8 reps, each side
db death march x 16 steps

B.

SPORT:

4 rounds

In 3 minutes:

run 400 meters:

in remaining time, complete max reps of

r1 & r3- pistol squats
r2 & r4- handstand walk for distance or hspu

rest 2 minutes

GRIND:

4 rounds

In 3 minutes:

run 400 meters:

r1 & r3- jumping lunges
r2 & r4- slam balls or bear crawl for distance

rest 2 minutes
