GRIND:

Bulgarian Split Squat (4 x 8 each leg)
Single leg squat with rear foot elevated

SPORT & GRIND:

30 dumbbell thrusters
800 m run
30 push-ups
800 m run
30 kettlebell swings, (AHAP)
