B. 3 rounds (15 minutes)

In 5 minutes:

-Run 400 meters
-rest 60 seconds
-max reps of thrusters (95#/65#) until 4 minute mark
-rest 60 seconds

score = total thrusters

GRIND:

A. Dual Kettlebell Front Squat (4 x 8 @ 31X1)

B. AMRAP x 15 minutes
