even- :30 of burpees over the bar
GRIND:
A. Waiter Squat (4 x 8 @ 31X1 (each side) )
squat with kettlebell in front rack, generally only held on one side.
B. EMOM x 12 minutes
odd- 12-16 OH Lunges, total
even- :30 Burpees over the bar/to the plate
