B. PUSH PRESS 5 X 5 @ 70%
C. TEAMS OF 3
complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
Wall Ball Shots x 15 reps
Kettlebell Swings x 20 reps
Toes to Bar x 12/10 reps
Teammates start at different stations and can only rotate once everyone has completed the designated reps at their station.
