GRIND:

A. Cossack Squat (3 x 6-8 (each side))
lateral lunge
load with a kb or barbell

B. 8 sets each
:20 work
:10 rest
1 minute transition

push ups or landmine press
shuttle run
sled pull /push
battle ropes
slam ball
scoring

r1- push ups
r2- shuttle run (1/2 gym)
r3- sled
r4- battle ropes (no score)
r5- slam ball

alternate arms each round on landmine press
