SPORT:
A. Front Squat (5 x 3 @ 85%)
B. 5 rounds, each for time of:
5 power cleans, 135#/95#
10 front squats
15 pull-ups
rest 60 seconds
GRIND:
A. Belt Squat (5 x 5 @ 31X1)
B. 5 rounds, each for time of:
8-10 dual kb cleans
8-10 dual kb front squats
8-10 dual kb bent over rows
rest 60 seconds
You may use dumbbells if desired….You may also use 1 kettlebell for any of the exercises and complete any or all of the following options:
8-10 single arm kb cleans, each side
8-10 kb waiter squats, (5 each)
8-10 kb bent over rows, each arm
rest 60 seconds
