MONDAY CROSSFIT 05/20/19

SPORT:

A. Back Squat (3RM, then -10% AMRAP at 8 RPE)

GRIND:

A. Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat 4 x 6-8 (each leg)

Elevate your rear leg with 1 to 2 45 lb. plates
hold two kettlebells or a barbell in the front rack position

SPORT & GRIND:

B. 3 rounds

In 7 minutes:

800 meter run

then, AMRAP:

5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

rest 2 minutes

pull-up variations:

ring row
jumping pull-up
barbell pull-up in rack
banded pull-up

push-up variations:

ring push-up
bench push-up
banded push-up
