A1. segment snatch x 5 sets x 1 rep (10 minutes) 1-2 second pause below and above the knee
A2. snatch pull x 3 sets x 2 reps (6 minutes)
A3. snatch deadlift x 2 sets x 2 reps (4 minutes)

B.8 rounds for time of:
2 Squat Snatch (145/85)
4 Shoulder to Overhead (145/85)
6 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
200 Meter Run
