7 Thrusters, 135#
7 Knees-To-Elbows
7 Deadlifts, 245#
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell Swings, 70#
7 Pull-ups
Complete with a partner. Once partner A completes 7 reps of HSPU, partner B completes 7 reps of HSPU. Once both partners have completed all 7 reps of an exercise you may proceed to the next exercise.
