MONDAY CROSSFIT 07/11/16
A. Bulgarian Split Squat 3 x 10 (each side)
B. In teams of 3, congo line style, complete 3 rounds each for time of:
Bike x 25/17 calories
Kettlebell swings x 20-25 unbroken reps 53#/35#
Partner A begins on the bike, as soon as the bike is available, Partner B jumps on while Partner A moves on to kb swings. Team rotates through as quickly as possible, with only one team member biking or doing kb swings at a time.
