  • We know it can be difficult, but it’s important to make fitness a part of your daily life. If it’s a routine, you’ll be more likely to incorporate it every day. Also, make sure you choose to work out during a time that’s convenient and in a place that’s accommodating. For example, if your kids play sports, work out during their practice instead of sitting and waiting on them or running to the grocery store. During your lunch break, take time to walk briskly for at least 15 minutes. In addition, those who have conference calls could consider walking while taking a call if possible.
