- Juicing is a great way to get your fruit and vegetables in during the day without having to sit down to a full plate of them. It’s important to get vitamins and nutrients during your day when you’ve upped your workouts. It’s also a great way to make sure you’re staying hydrated. In addition, juicing is delicious.
- Try adding yoga into your morning or nightly routine. Yoga is a great way to relax and get your mind and body in a great place. It’s a way to meditate and work your body out without high intensity. Yoga combined with CrossFit is a great way to lose weight, get in better shape, and gain muscles.
- If you’re on the go all the time during the day consider packing your breakfast, lunch, and snacks so that you’re not tempted to go out and eat. It’s doubtful that you’ll find perfectly healthy food while eating out. When this is the case, bring your food with you to work.
- Stay away from carbonated drinks and other beverages that can cause bloating. Drink tea, water, and coffee instead.
- Most of the time, people use cell phones or a tracking device to help them know where they need to be and how long it takes to get there. However, consider using these devices so that you can listen to your own body on how far to push yourself. If you jog two or three miles but aren’t tired, try to go for one more. Just because your device tells you that you’ve hit your goal for the day doesn’t mean that your body can’t handle more. Start listening to what your body tells you and you may be able to challenge yourself more than you realize.
