CrossFit Exercises You Can Do Outside This Spring

  1. 100 burpees will be hard but amazing for an outdoor workout that gets your week started off right! Challenge a friend to go with you and enjoy the spring weather while getting your burpees in.
  2. Trying out 21-15-9-15-21 reps of air squats and burpees will be more than enough to get your workout going. Try this outdoors and you’ll be feeling awesome in no time!
  3. Uphill, for three sets, try this combo – overhead lunges, sprint, burpee broad jump, another sprint, and a bear crawl.
  4. Do four rounds of these: Minute 1 – 15 burpees, Minute 2 – 20 squat jumps, Minute 3 –  20 pushups, Minute 4- 45 second plank.
  5. If you have a set of gymnastic rings, do 10 muscle ups. Use an old oak tree to hang the rings in.
  6. 10m run, 15 air squats, 10 burpees and 10 pushups will be a great way to get in a workout with no equipment needed!
  7. Try doing 100 pushups, 100 situps, and 100 air squats for a killer workout that will leave you refreshed and accomplished! These are great for challenging a friend, as well!
  8. If you’re trying to perfect the handstand walk or just a regular handstand, you can do that outdoors, as well! This will be good practice and a great workout for your upper body.

The key to spring workouts outdoors is to make sure you’re doing things that either don’t require equipment or uses things you already have.
