Thanksgiving WOD Ideas

fitness coach in RaleighAs a fitness coach in Raleigh, I love Thanksgiving. It’s a great time of the year to catch up with family and friends that you rarely get to see, eat some really good food, and get a little rest and relaxation. Notice I said a little R & R, so that means you cannot take too much time off from CrossFit. Otherwise your times might start to drop.

That’s why in today’s post we’re going to post some of our favorite Thanksgiving themed WODs. Check these out below, give them a try if you dare, and post your times in the comments below. If you’re searching for a new gym, a new challenge, or the best fitness coach in Raleigh NC, call CrossFit Invoke today. We’re the best Raleigh gym for beginners, experts, and all levels in between!
