10:00 – 40 Toes to bar
15:00 – 50/35 calorie bike
20:00 – 75 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
25:00 – 75 Kettlebell swings 53#/35#

Time cap for each movement is 4:00. Scale accordingly.
