L sit – lift over OR leg raise
sled push
Stay at the same station for 3 sets (3 minutes) before switching.
maximum of 4 per station. stagger as needed.
Use parallettes, 2 kettlebells, 2 irrigation boxes, 2 benches, or 2 20″ boxes.
