With a partner, one person biking/rowing at all times:

AMRAP x 24 minutes (6 rounds each)

In 2 minutes:

Run 200 meters
30 double-unders or single-unders
AMRAP slam balls in remaining time

min 0:00-12:00
partners alternate biking

min 12:00-24:00
partners alternate rowing
Partners alternate on the 2 minutes.

score = total calories + slam balls.

sub d ball shoulders for slam balls if desired.
