Thursday Open Gym should be utilized to do the following:
Rest or Run/Row/Bike 20-30 min at a recovery pace
Mobilize
Make up a WOD missed earlier in the week
Retest a benchmark
Accessory work
Practicing technical weaknesses (gymnastics, olympic weightlifting)
Sled work

30 Wall-Ball Shots, 20# / 14#
