0-1:30 Deadlift x 5 reps
1:30-3:00 Bench press x 5 reps
3:00-4:30 Double unders x :45
4:30-6:00 Burpees x :45
Deadlift and Bench Press loading-
70-80% of 1RM
the load should be heavy enough to be challenging but form should be maintained.
