Rowing Sprint Intervals

6 sets each

:40 work (all out effort)
1:20 rest

EXAMPLE:

Partner A rows :40
Partner B begins rowing on the minute and rows :40
Partner A begins rowing on the minute and rows :40…

C. EMOM x 5 minutes

toes to bar or hanging leg raises

choose an amount of reps you can maintain over 5 sets, on the minute.
