5 burpees over the bar

GRIND:

5 challenging sets with small increases in weight
B. 4 rounds
In 3 minutes, complete:
Row 250/150 meters
Then, max reps of:
5 Dual DB power clean
5 Dual DB front squat
5 burpees over the DB
