SPORT:

A. Front Squat (3,3, 2+ @ 88%,93%,95%)
Go for 3 reps at 95% only if rep 2 feels good

B. 4 rounds

In 3 minutes, complete:

Row 250/150 meters

Then, max reps of:

5 power clean, 135#/95#
5 front squats
5 burpees over the bar

Rest 2 minutes

GRIND:

A. Front Squat (5×3 @ 32X1)
5 challenging sets with small increases in weight

B. 4 rounds

In 3 minutes, complete:

Row 250/150 meters

Then, max reps of:

5 Dual DB power clean
5 Dual DB front squat
5 burpees over the DB

Rest 2 minutes
