from the rack or jerk boxes
GRIND:
A. Split Press (7 x 3)
Shoulder press from lunge position.
every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes
SPORT & GRIND:
With a partner, relay style, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
100 meter run
10 single arm db/kb shoulder to overhead (5L/5R)
10 ring rows or pull-ups
10/7 calorie bike
run = 10 reps
