60 seconds sled push
2 minute rest

score individual reps

Strict pull-ups, banded pull-ups, ring rows

SPORT:

4 sets for max reps

60 seconds chest to bar pull-ups
60 seconds double-unders
60 seconds of plank (plate or band resisted)
2 minute rest

C2b- kipping, jumping or banded strict

Core

3-4 sets x 10-15 reps
