A. Deadlift (5 x 5)
Banded deficit deadlift

stand on a blue plate with band pinned under plate

GRIND:

A1. Farmer’s Carry 2 x 100 m (each arm)

2 sets
50 m right arm
50 m left arm

A2. Sled Pull/Drag (3 x 100 ft.)

pull sled by tall handles while walking backwards.
100 ft. = down and back

for weight, not speed

choose a weight that takes roughly 60-90 seconds to pull down and back

SPORT & GRIND

B.

3 sets:

run 200 meters

2 rounds of:
10 burpees
15 kettlebell swings, AHAP (russian or american)

rest 60 seconds

16 minute time cap
